Distillation tray columns are typically installed at the field. Various parts including column shell, trays, downcomers, and other column internals are shipped to the job site separately and then installed in to the column shell at the job site. The problems with this approach are high cost, long schedule, and safety concerns. We can provide shop installed tray columns up to 5 meters in diameter. Trays and column internals are designed to be installed in to the column shell in our shop to avoid any field work. Our approach to provide shop installed tray columns can reduce cost, minimize schedule, and improve safety.
