Structured packing, distributors, and collectors are typically installed at the field. They are shipped separately to the job site and installed through the manholes. The problems with this approach are poor performance, high cost, long schedule, and safety concerns. We can provide shop installed structured packing columns up to 5 meters in diameter. Distributors, collectors, and structured packing are designed to be installed in to the column shell in our shop to avoid any field work. Our approach can provide better column performance, reduce cost, minimize schedule, and improve safety.
